To ensure smooth registration and timely royalty processing, please adhere to the following guidelines when submitting works:

Writers' Participation

  • At least one writer must be collecting royalties for the work.
  • Provide PRO information & IPI numbers for all writers (if applicable).

Shares

  • The total ownership shares (writers, publishers, etc.) must add up to 100%.
  • Submissions with share discrepancies will be rejected and require corrections before resubmission.

Remixes and Covers

  • For remixes or covers of third-party works, you must upload a license agreement or proof of rights that authorizes you to collect publishing royalties for the work.

Previously Published Works

  • If the work has been published before, please provide the related ISWC (International Standard Work Code) in the designated field. This ensures accurate work identification and royalty tracking.
